Nigerian Oloyin Beans are a naturally sweeter form of black-eyed peas. It has a distinct mild sweetness to it that works well on its own or in more complex West African dishes like Moin-Moin (Bean Cakes) or Akara (Bean Fritters). Our beans have an even light brown hue and are collected and processed with the highest care, earning the moniker “Ewa-Oloyin.”
